The honest answers
Why no prices yet?
Because we’d rather publish real numbers once than “indicative” numbers twice. We’re finalising pricing with founding venues during the beta so tiers match how venues actually use the product. Prices go live with the public launch.
What does “founding-member rates” mean?
Venues that join during early access keep their launch rate on their tier — it won’t rise when general pricing does. If we ever retire a tier, founding venues are moved to the nearest equivalent at the same or lower price.
Will there be a free trial?
That’s the plan — a trial long enough to run real bookings through, not a hollow demo. Exact terms will be confirmed at launch.
Are card processing fees included?
Payment processing is handled by a regulated payment provider, whose per-transaction fees are separate from your VenueBooker subscription — the standard model for booking software. We’ll publish the details alongside launch pricing.
How do subscriptions and cancellation work?
Plans will be monthly or annual with no long lock-ins. If you subscribe through the future mobile apps, billing runs through the App Store or Google Play and you cancel in your store settings — full details are in our Terms.
