Three plans, drawn around how much bookable space sits on the account. We quote yours once we know the shape of the venue.
One variable decides which plan fits: how much bookable space you are responsible for. Here is how the tiers are drawn.
Moving between tiers is a settings change rather than a migration: take a hall out of service or add a pitch, and the plan follows the count.
Because the honest number depends on the venue: how many spaces sit on the account, how many people need a login, and whether hirers pay you online. Tell us those three things and you get a figure for your tier rather than a range to decode.
Yes. Spaces come and go — a pitch is resurfaced, a committee room starts being hired out — and the plan follows the count. Nothing is re-entered and no diary is rebuilt when it moves.
Half an hour with your own venue on screen. We map your spaces, put a real week through the diary — a block booking, a deposit, a function sheet — and answer what it would cost you. If it is the wrong tool for your building, we will say so.
Payment processing is handled by a regulated payment provider, whose per-transaction fees sit outside your VenueBooker subscription — the standard model for booking software. Those fees are the provider’s, not ours, and we take nothing on top of them.
Plans run monthly or annually with no long lock-in, and your data exports as a structured file whenever you want it. Where a subscription is bought inside the mobile apps, billing and cancellation happen in your App Store or Google Play settings — the detail is in our Terms.
Your venue name and roughly how many bookable spaces you run is enough for us to work with.
